- Approved design layout before printing or branding
If JK BRAND Makes an Error
If the mistake is caused by JK BRAND after correct details were supplied and approved, we will review the issue and provide a suitable correction where appropriate.
After Customer Approval
Once a customer approves a design, spelling, size, color or layout for production, later changes may attract extra costs.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be reviewed for exchange depending on condition, timing and availability. Items must be unused and in good condition.
