By placing an order or quote request with JK BRAND, the customer agrees to provide accurate details and approve designs where required before production.
Design Approval
Where a preview or proof is required, production begins after the customer confirms the design, spelling, layout and selected options.
Payments
Available payment methods may include M-Pesa, Pay on Pickup and Bank Transfer. Some custom jobs may require payment or deposit before production begins.
Production
Production time depends on order type, stock/material availability, artwork readiness, customer approval, payment agreement and workload.
Uploaded Files & Customer Content
Customers should only upload files, photos, logos or references they are allowed to use. JK BRAND may use uploaded files only to prepare the requested order or quote.
